This works great for cold sores… better than Abreva and costs a fraction of the price. Put it on as soon as you feel the cold sore and it can help prevent a bad breakout.

I have made this my regular chapstick, and it is by far my favorite. Good for any occasion, it also protects from the sun. The only problem I can find is that it’s so shiny/glossy, but that can typically be avoided by not using so much.
