kidney stones ..lol .i’ve had both and the kidney stones hurt way more ..trust me but yeah , the cold sore does hurt a lot and if you touch it and don’t wash your hands it might spread to your mouth or to the other nostril .

its probably not a cold sore. If your in an environment where the air is dry you’ll get a sore in your nose. Not to be gross but it feels like a hard burgar that’s stuck. Put a thin layer of neosporin up your nose and it will be gone in a couple days
