Does herpes on the lip start off as small little cuts?
If you know first hand about this it would really help.
I think i may have herpes. I made out with a girl a about 2 saturdays ago at party and i think i may have herpes. I have these very tiny cuts. Almost as if when someones lips get cracked because they are chapped. But im afraid i have herpes.
I was wondering if i should be worried?
and is that how it would start?

Absolutely not!
Herpes lesions are small blisters that tingle and burn before they even begin to show themselves. When they do appear, it will happen in a day or two at the most.
Unless the girl you were kissing had active lesions, or blisters, on her lips or mouth, you are extremely unlikely to contract this virus. You would readily notice the herpes blisters because they are very visible as a cluster, or sore.
Relax. Just don’t kiss a girl who has sores on her lips or around her mouth.

Herpes can appear as small cuts, one blister, a cluster of blisters, an ulcer–they vary with people.
The only way to know for sure is to take a herpes test.
