ingredents… salt, and water
take your salt and put a decent amount in a cup of water

What do you know about science? I have been involved with science my entire life, 28 years in the field of chemistry, and I know a cure isn’t going to happen anytime soon, so you are clearly uninformed, or seriously mislead?
You truly underestimate science.
Also, I recommend you do so reading on for example what I present in my video, which is more or less internal interception.
There will never be a cure for a virus in your lifetime dude, so intercept is as good as it gets, prevents the cold sore, doesn’t just treat the cold sore after it’s already out.
Actually, the technology for a cure might not be too far away.
